Some Questions about Romney’s Taxes

Is Romney opposed to increasing the top marginal income tax rate to 39.6% because it might raise his rate from 13% to 14%?
.
Is it true that the real reason Romney didn’t want to release his tax returns was that his colleagues would know he had been so careless and paid so much?  They’d be saying: “What a wuss!”
.
Now that he has Paul Ryan on board, maybe he’ll go for the new Ryan plan.  The US Chamber of Commerce will develop a list of job creators and then each of us will “voluntarily” send one paycheck every six months to one of the job creators.  People who don’t get paychecks would be expected to fast one month out of every six, until the job creators had a job for them.  With this true  private enterprise system in place, we could abolish the IRS, entitlement programs and most  federal government departments and support what was left with a nice flat tax.
